Branch Honors Recitals will be held Sunday, March 17 at Roth Hall Crossroads School, 1714 21st St. Santa Monica; late afternoon times TBD.

On the homepage, click on “Certificate of Merit” (gold box in upper left corner). Then click on the “Resources” (gold stripe) for information on how to enroll students, add repertoire, etc.

The Teachers Work Agreement (below) must be printed out, signed, dated and mailed to WLA branch CM chair Mehry Lalezarian along with your Student List (from new.mtac.org) AFTER parents have paid CM fees. Payment period is Nov. 1 – 10. You may mail in early November once fees have been paid; postmark deadline is November 13.
November 13 (Monday) postmark deadline for the two documents (Student List and Teachers Work Agreement) to be mailed to CM chair Mehry Lalezarian.
Please note as Veterans’ Day will be observed November 11 this year, the postmark deadline is moved to Monday, November 13. (online enrollment still ENDS October 31)
Enrollment of students will close 11:59 pm October 31, 2018
Parents will pay online between November 1 and 10.
Documents for the January packet NOT updated . State database will open January 2, 2019 to allow for the following entries: branch honors and convention recital requests, date and carpool requests; these must be entered by January 15, 2019.
Important Dates below: remember initial REGISTRATION of students ends October 31, 2018; Repertoire entry may begin once teacher has started the CM application

West LA Branch CM evaluations for Piano will be March 2 & 3, 2019.

March 10 Deadline for Panel Final Application. Due to this deadline, all Panel students must have taken their CM Theory Test by MARCH 1, 2019, if they did not receive a prior Theory Exemption. No late applications are accepted; no exceptions.
